Nancy Bailly took both me (Pam S) and Pam C to pick up the van this morning. It is really nice and clean. Pam C went with me since I haven't driven in a long time and didn't want to drive on freeways and heavy traffic yet.
It is a 2000 model Chevy Astro Van with 134K miles, runs nice, needs a brake job and maybe an oil change for good measure. Is a nice square shape so it will be great for the crates. The a/c works great! It gets good gas mileage, she said, OR the gauge is broken because I don't think it moved. (:
It is white and has dark blue carpet and seats. I can't wait to get the seat out and load crates. All the windows are tinted and pop open so we won't suffocate if the a/c stops working. I like the way it drives: real smooth and not bumpy (:
We got the insurance and title transferred today, too. One day at a time...we are going forward and not backwards so that is the best part. ----Pam Sanidakos, President N.A.B.S.

ANDERSON FAMILY MAKES CHRISTMAS DONATION
My husband and I have been fairly consistently giving the family Christmas party for about the last 15 years. Each year, it has become more and more of a production with tons of food, Santa, etc.. My family
members this year decided to make a donation to a charity of our choice to thank Mark and me for the party. The result represents a collection from all of them. I can't think of a charity more deserving than yours, so put it to good use!
